Ringing in 2026: A 2025 Recap from Advanced Fluid Systems

While we’ve been quieter here, the work hasn’t slowed down. In 2025, we filled our new 25,000-square-foot facility with the tools, equipment, and people needed to support larger and more demanding projects, with a broader range of project requirements, than ever before. We continued investing in process improvements, expanded our team, and pushed ourselves to higher standards across the board. The year wasn’t without its challenges—but those lessons leave us well-positioned for a strong 2026 and many years ahead.

In 2025, our focus was on reinforcing the fundamentals that enable consistent execution. We continued refining how we plan work, quote accurately, communicate clearly, and document thoroughly. Improvements in lead-time visibility, internal coordination, and process discipline aren’t always obvious—but they are essential to delivering reliable, repeatable results. These are the standards we hold ourselves to, and they guide how we operate every day.

For our customers and partners, this approach means working with a team that values accuracy, technical understanding, and follow-through—whether the work involves engineered systems, component distribution, repair, or field service. We take pride in doing the work right, documenting it correctly, and being clear about expectations from the start. That long-term mindset—focused on accountability rather than shortcuts—guides how we approach every job, regardless of scope or setting.

In a single sentence, 2025 was a year of meaningful progress—strengthening our foundation, reinforcing our standards, and sharpening how we execute. As we move into 2026, we do so more prepared and better positioned than ever. Thank you to our customers, vendors, and partners for the trust you place in AFS and for being part of this journey. We’re looking forward to what’s ahead.
